The car shows 11,262 on the ODO on the MOTEC display. I'm not 100% sure how to pull the hours for the chassis - but if it is something I can do, I happily will. You can call me at 206-355-7727 to talk through it.

Someone needs a low hour, turnkey car to beat all of your friends. Handily. 4.0L motor does not mess around. Call me, let's discuss a deal.

Had a barrage of calls the last few weeks, but everyone "has to sell my other race car first", or "get the buy in from the wife" -- Hey, sometimes that is how life goes!

We are ready to sell here this spring, open to offers, and details are in the link at the first post.

Happy to answer any questions, or provide any details needed.

Hmmm... it showed up as "sold" on another listing, maybe Winding Road?

Wow -- I see that over there now. How strange, I never listed it with them, but there is all the information from my listing that someone took, and it is marked as sold. I guess I will contact them and have them correct that or remove it. Weird.

Car is not sold, it is available, and we are motivated to find a new home this month.

Can you please provide detail on what was done in terms of RSR suspension upgrades?

Nizer - It is a great and fair question. I am taking the owner and previous statements at face value. My understanding of that conversation was that it uses different uprights, that allow slightly more adjustment for the alignment/geometry settings. As with everything, I encourage inspection of the car and components to your satisfaction - especially if this specific item is of interest. I just don't have that level of knowledge and depth on the Cup Car to verify sub-suspension components. Happy to talk on the phone and help in anyway I can to inspect with you over the phone!

Looking for a hillclimb cup car, my question is what kind of lap times it puts on known tracks in its current configuration...For the listed price, is it any faster than a 991 CUP, why would I go this way rather than a 991? Been doing some research to find lap times for it unsuccessfully. Any insights appreciated form the forum members.

I don't have any specific data on lap times, but I do have this from the previous owner - Craig Ames qualifying lap at Buttonwillow - 1:52 -- link to youtube -

Also, looks like a 2:55 lap at Miller Motorsports Park -

I've not seen low hour 991 Cups dip into this price point yet, have I missed that? I have seen high hour ones dipping to $140s....

Happy to talk on it, looking to move it along.
