I'm currious how many cars are using the first version of the Motec ADL dash, the one that requires the Motec UTC adapter to download. This unit is not upgradable to accept GPS so not a great unit these days.

The reason I ask is that I'm attempting to build a conversion harness to connect the Motec 79 pin harness connector to the 37 and 22 pin connections on the AIM MXL dash for one customer. The initial investment for connectors and the proper crimping tool is pretty high. It would help justify the expense of this project if there is potential to do more than one. On the other hand, this might not work......

Ive got one still....but probably would not change it out for an AIM.
