Only supercup gets the new car for 2013, no one else.

^^^^^^ this. At 48 seconds the car that goes by has the roof height rear wing and the higher pitched exhaust note of a cup car, the next car that comes by at 1:00 has the lower rear wing and lower pitched exhaust note of the RSR.

Very cool!!!

I'll believe it when I see it. I think Porsche is too loaded with bean counters these days to pay for the development of two new gearboxes. I'm going with the current RSR gearbox becoming standard issue on the Cup. Unless the Cup is getting something PDK based, which I personally think would be really stupid on their part.

Correct from what I heard too.

2013 model will be same as 2011 & 2012, and most are allocated already if not all.

991 will be 2014 model and expected to hit US shores fall next year, for big team developmental testing.

Europe and Asia will get their cars first FWIH.

It's definatly a new casing, havent seen the internals yet, but sure, could be just a new case, like they did when it came into the RSR from the spyder.

Doublechecked for you, brand new gearbox, clean sheet design.

Not PDK btw.

So basically what you're telling me is that I only have 90 days left to build a 991 Grand-Am Cup Car and get it on track before mom and dad do?!?!?

Are you in a position to disclose who is making it?
