Default 2007 Cup Brake Bias

Hey guys.
Just wondering what brakebias you use?

had the second drive with my 07 cup a week ago, and had some troubles finding my bias setting.

i tried all the way from 0 to 7 or something like that.
I have to say, that i had a front right lockup, and ruined a brand new tire.
After that i tried to adjust a bit.
unfortunately i did that while braking in brand new rain tires...maby not the smartes move.

however i just wanted a base-setting i can adjust to my needs from.
Can anyone help?

thanks

The setting on the MoTec dash is somewhat meaningless until you know what the bias is at each setting (%front vs. rear). If you have access to someone that knows MoTec well, they can work with you to set a base setting to be exact. If you don't have a decent MoTec technician, put some regular but older tires on, find a long straight on the track and stand on the brakes. Find whether front or rears are locking up and give two full turns in the opposite direction and re-try. Stand on brakes again and adjust further.
