Default Cup alignment

I am doing the alignment with strings and I am using the Porsche CUP book settings, everything is clear and simple but the rear TOE is indicated like this +34'
I have this questions:
1-It is TOE IN correct ? in the rear is always TOE IN in 2WD cars.I ask this because the +34' is positive.
2-For the TOE I always like to use difference in millimeters measured from the center section of the wheels,so I want to know the conversion of minutes to millimeters and then the result will be divides in each side.

Please correct me since I think I am not correct.

The alignment specifications are Toe In for the rear. I can't think of a car that runs Toe Out in the rear.

Hold on there killer..!!!

Your camber is OK, your rear toe is a little on the high side..BUT your front toe is WAY..off..You can run anywhere from perfectly straight to toe in and toe out, but 5mm per side is way tooo much..

1mm per side toe in or out depending on the track and conditions is all you will need, but start out straight and see what it feels like..

I would start with no more than 1mm out on front and no more than 2mm in for rear. I would also consider staggering your camber. Try 1/2 degree less in the rear.
