Default Anyone have a 996 Cup air lance for sale?

As thread title says.
Mine is shot. I could always order a new one, but I thought maybe someone has one for sale.
Thanks.

I bought one of the trigger style air wands from Cup Car Solutions, so I have my old 993 lance around somewhere. I think it should work with the 996's.

I have no idea what they go for used. $250.00?

FWIW, the CCS wand works really well, and the mechanics like it better than the old one.

Let me know.

mklaskin, I think I will get the new trigger style one, but if something changes I will email you.

I have the trigger type from Jack and I like it. It's nic to be able to control the flow while at the car vs at the bottle.

Colin is there a way to release high pressure from that wand without lifting the car?

Just pulling the trigger when it's not attached to the car releases the pressure.

The downside to the trigger wand is that you can't let go of it and go around the car to give the fender a tug when you don't have quite enough pressure. You need someone to hold the trigger while you lift. Not a big deal but it's caught me a couple of times.

GT3 Nut,

I think you're making the right decision. Another plus to the CCS trigger wand is that it allows you to lower the car on to air jack stands with care versus just dropping it. Prevents excess wear on the jacks.

Anybody know if CCS is still in business? Left a couple messages on what seems to be a private phone, and the prices are no longer on the website... I need to buy an air wand asap, anyone else selling wands?

Andy,

How much do you want for it? Will you accept a cup manual as partial trade?
Hope the wedding went well
