I am sure it is doable with some sort of personal loan or home equity. But either way you will likely want a pretty substantial slush fund set aside for operating costs alone. As in possibly a pretty significant percentage of the vehicle value for transmission and engine builds. Would suck to finance only to park due to engine or tranny bricking.
