The red bias dial should move things in .25 increments. A 0.0 setting on the stock cosworth dash would correspond to 50/50 distribution. By 1.75 or so it's 47F/53R give or take a % point.
Those dial settings and cosworth readouts are for your car and your car alone. I wouldn't take a 1.5 setting on someone else's car and assume it gives you a same distribution. Always look at the actual distribution in cosworth as you test your brakes in the pit. Brake till you get 50 bars on one axle and note what the other reads. Check that against the calculated % on the dash.
