How often do these need to be rebuilt on average?

What spring rates are they valved for?

And what did you replace them with?

Valved for stock 997.1 Cup Springs, 260N/mm or roughly 1484 lbs./inch.

Great shock, changed to JRZ 3-ways to simplify/facilitate support by shop where other cars supported running JRZ 2 or 3 way shocks.
