997 RSR wheels Air intake & oil tank

Can you confirm the specs on the wheels to be the same as below?

12 x 18” offset 35 mm
13 x 18” offset 12.5 mm

The wheels are from 2007-08 RSR, I think they are
11 x 18" front offset 34mm
13 x 18" rear offset 12.5mm
