Default Anyone selling 2017-18 991.2 Cups?

Ive been looking at cup cars for about a year now and I'm curious if anyone will be posting them for sale at the end of the season?

Please let me know the details on your cup/s and what they're worth etc etc.

Thx.

Contact a a person on FB that goes by Porsche Cup. His name is Karl Leonard. He always has many cars including previously raced and new and I'm sure he has both right now.

He may see this post and reach out to you.

Good luck,

Stu

Thx guys. I looked at the kmr cup and wondering if 65hrs is the normal amount of hours from a season of racing? I would guess that not everyone ran all races/laps so....how much do the hours impact the pricing?

I'll have a 2018 coming to market in December. 30-35 hours total, new tub, rebuilt engine and rebuilt gearbox at hour 20. Porsche Carrera Cup Asia series Am car, ran and maintained to the same standards as our team's championship-winning cars, no dollars spared. Supercup exhaust (we run as series standard over here... love it!)

Will have a price up in another months' time.

when the 19s come available , 17s and 18s will pop up. reach out to all the IMSA teams, maybe the world challenge teams, etc.
the 19s im guessing will be near 300k$ all in/shipped/imported into the USA with the spares kit.
id guess a solid 2017/2018 with a couple of wheelsets, all shaken down and running smooth with some extras will be 200 to 220 depending on hours/condition.
i think they are running the same car in imsa for 2 more years, so whats nice is that there will be a lot of those 17,18,19,20s in club racing world evenutally and thus hopefully a lot of parts, pieces, wheels, spares.
the 13,14,15,16s are prevalent, and hopefully the 2nd gen cars stay that way too. makes things easier to deal with.

I'm trying to work Petit Le Mans into my schedule and go down early for the cup races etc.

Am I thinking about this correctly and skipping on the 991.1 cups with shorter rebuild intervals? I know the 991.2 will bring more money upfront but I'm thinking it will balance out down the road......right?

Right... Sold a 997.2 and jumped up to a 991.2 due to rebuild intervals/cost and the fact new 992 cup not out till 2020.
In theory 2017s will have the best pricing of the gen 2s and thus easier to sell in few yrs..

bring your checkbook to petit. i found 3 cars that were avail but not on the open market just making the rounds @ imsa mid Ohio
