Q: Gearbox replacment 997cup from Parr Motorsport?
 
hello
i saw a ad from quaife and the have a replacment gearbox fur the 997 cup - someone heard from this and have some experience?
the price is good - compared to a new box from porsche
please let me know some infos

Parr have a good name in the UK. While I have never used them, some friends have and had a good experience.

Have a look at Holingers new MFT gearbox for the 996/997 cupcars. They even have one in a 991 MR (Manthey) with a twin turbo engine in New Zealand. Made in Australia just like Guard gearsets.

Holinger hasn’t cut a gear for Guard in over a dozen years.

We all know Guard sell Modena Engineering gearsets. The comment was Australian made.
