Build is progressing well. Gearbox is done, engine is done. Most of the parts are at the garage. The tub is getting a fresh coat of paint end of this week. We ended up replacing the roof panel (it had a lot of dents in it) and the bumpers, doors, fenders etc. needed some TLC. She's gonna get a new windshield and plexiglass too. Gonna look pretty when all is done and she gets her new wrap.

About 1 week from finishing the build. Engine and gearbox went in today. Suspension is coming together. Everything in the suspension is new, wheel carriers, arms etc.

Nice build!

Can you drop the side mufflers for weight savings? Doesn't look like your class is spec anyways...

This might be possible. We have to check the noise limits.

i hope so too! We are already looking into plan b if the 17.3. Test is cancelled.

Updated build sheet:

- Fully rebuilt engine to 3.5 liters displacement
- Fully rebuilt transmission with '12 gears
- New flywheel, clutch
- New radiators, cooling lines, water pump
- New heat exchangers (engine, transmission)
- New suspension arms, wheel carriers, hubs, stabilizer end links etc.
- New brake master cylinders
- Rebuilt calipers
- Rebuilt wheels (4 sets) with painted centers and polished outer lips
- New windshield, rear lexan and side lexan
- Fully conditioned body + fresh coat of paint
- Ring-Attack wrap
- New steering wheel
- New belts
- Led tail and headlights
- numerous new miscellanous small parts
- KW Competition 3-way adjustable Nordschleife suspension
- Bosch M4 race ABS
- Megaline paddleshift system
- Traction control system
