Hi Cory,
Thanks. The left one, I have never seen in a 996 or 997 engine, the right one seems to be from a 997 R or RSR. ;-)
It seems that I will have to find a set...

TI Pankl 996 GT3R rods

When we spoke last week I did not realize that you were weighing the rods without the bolts. I have about 20 sets of these rods, I am sure that I will have one for you.

I do not know which ones are the short ones, but I have some 997 cup 3.8 30 or 50 hours (I have to check), and some 997 3.8 RSR ones. Also have pistons and liners.

The 127.8 short rods are early 996 cup and gt3r. In around 2003 they went to 130mm for the 996 and endurance 3 ring piston gt3rs and rsr. 3.8 rsr are long, 136 i believe. There are also some even longer 137.xx which are 3.6 rsr sprint engine rods for 2 ring pistons.
