I dig it but as someone who does commute on occasion, I'd be paranoid that the missing bumperettes may lead to big damage if I ever were to get rear-ended. Otherwise I'd have had the entire area hollowed out and replaced with a screen (a-la racecar because it looks so damned cool!)
There are rivets that hold the actual aluminum "Bumperettes" to the bumper. The rivets can be drilled out without removing the bumper cover, however, the job is much easier with it removed. I'm sure you could rivet or bolt them back in if need be.

I went on the internet to find who made this cover and if there where additional parts. Well I am 99.9% sure is a one off and I just bought this car. It's was in Richmond VA and has been slightly neglected. Are you the previous owner?

well right now it's only held in with the license plate and those 2 screws. Seems like it would not hold up with high speed and air coming in from under the car. Am I missing something?
