Apples vs. Oranges
987 vs. 911

It will take a special buyer however this is a very streetable track car. More like a GT4 than a 911 street car that could be tracked.

Price is too high, regardless of what mods are on the car. You get pennies on the dollar for most mods. Wasn't there another BGB 3.8L Cayman R for sale in the $70k range?

IMO, it is a hard market to determine price.
Generally, you expect to get about half of what you put into it.
You have a great engine, brakes, exhaust and LSD.

I Would price the car at what the market is for a stock Cayman R with that mileage.
Then add 50% of your 3.8L cost and those items.

Price the seats seperate for market value. 6-8k
Package deal it to the serious buyer.

The stock radio is important if you still have it as some folks dislike aftermarket head units.
Generally aftermaket head units bring resale down.

At minimum the car should fetch what the highest priced stock cayman R in the market is currently asking.

The recent arrival of the 3.8L GT4 does not help the resale of a 3.8L swap Cayman unfortunately, especially when they are now in the 90's.
