Default Need some help please

I have a 987.2 Cayman R with heigo cage. Yesterday I went to unbolt my OEM lap belts at the sill bolts to install an eyelet for harnesses. However one side the bolt just spun and didn't retract so I'm guessing the nut on the inside is also spinning? And on the drivers side the bolt retracted fine but now I can't seem to locate the nut again to reinstall the eyelet bolt.

is there a way of getting inside the sill to the nuts on the OEM sill belt bolt locations? I've looked under the car after removing the under trays but it seems closed in. From the inside I'm not sure how to remove the carpet/trims.... Any advice appreciated.

thanks

I'm sure many would like to help but I can't figure out what a "sill" is. Some photos would help.

Sorry for not being clear.

It's the seat belt bolt located in the door sill under the doors.

If I'm interpreting your photo correctly, the "nut" should be welded into the chassis and not be able to move. There is no way to access the nut. Possibly it was stripped. If it was my car I would try to remove the carpet in that area to get a better look.
