Thanks! Can anyone explain why the option prices are all zero on the car that we just bought?

The dealer we bought it from provided us with a build sheet that shows the total original price as $88,300, meaning the options added $26,200 to the base price, but it would be nice to see that broken down into the individual line items.

No, I can't explain it--mine is the same way-- but I can help with the costs on a few of your options that were the same as on my 2011 car. This is the breakdown I got from the dealer. Maybe others can fill in your other blanks:

Original MSRP $81,960
BASE Cayman S $62,100.00
220 Limit Slip Rear Different Lock $950.00
250 Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) $3,420.00
267 AUTOMATICALLY DIMMING INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MIRRORS 0.00 (included w/ P4N)
268 RAIN SENSOR 0.00 (included w/ P4N)
288 HEADLIGHT WASHERS 0.00 (included w/ P4N)
342 Heated Seats (Front) $525.00
419 19 Carrera S II wheel $1,550.00
446 WhlCtrsw/FullcolorPorscheCrest $185.00
475 PASM $2,090.00
541 Ventilated Seats (Front) $800.00
573 Automatic Climate Control 0.00 (included w/ P4N)
603 BI-XENON HEADLIGHTS INCL.PORSCHE DYNAMIC LIGHT SYSTEM (PDLS) 0.00 (included w/ P4N)
605 DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS 0.00 (included w/ P4N)
640 Sport Chrono Package Plus $1,480.00
665 Porsche Communication Management (PCM) 0.00 (included w/ P4W)
672 NAVIGATION MODULE FOR PCM 0.00 680 BOSE(R) Surround Sound System 0.00 (included w/ P4W)
686 XM(R) Satellite Radio Receiver 0.00 (included w/ P4W)
840 SportDesign Steering Wheel $490.00
P15 12-Way Power Seats $1,550.00
P4N Convenience Package $2,230.00
P4W Infotainment Package for BOSE $3,640.00
Total Options $18,910.00 Total Charges $950.00 Total Order $81,960.00

The difference is $950 in your example. That is the exact amount of "Total Charges" added on my dealer's printout, which I believe is the delivery cost and/or "dealer prep" charge added to the window sticker. It is separate from the base cost of the car or any option cost, and seems to be the same no matter where the car is delivered in the USA.

In my case, the Base Cayman S was $62,100.00 and Total Options were $18,910.00, adding up to $81,010, but the MSRP was $950 more, or $81,960 w/ the delivery charge.

Default stumbled onto this Porsche Dealer Buildsheet link that works tonight. ..

Guys, try this one - i just stumbled onto it - but first substitute your own VIN in all CAPS, before you click go. Not sure what changed but it seems PCA has smiled on us. .. It is hell to hunt for a Porsche without access to this.
This appears to be the printout version. Not sure why it still works but it does at this moment. ..

https://admin.porschedealer.com/reports/build_sheets/print.php?vin=WP0AB2A84FK180238

BTW, I am a 2014 Racing Yellow Cayman S owner now and can't figure out how to change my user name workout starting ago over again. I am already starting to look for a great deal on a Cayman GTS now, or could go for a GT4 if at all possible to get one.

Thanks for the revised build sheet link. Just tried it for my new GTS and it worked perfectly!

How did you get into the Porsche System? It ask for a username and a password. Does anyone have that information so I can look up a car?

Thanks.

The other two portals have apparently been blocked. Use this one with discretion so as not too attract attention to it. Change the VIN b4 you bookmark it so everybody is not asking for the same car all the time.

Default Y'all are welcome! And I am just transitioning to the Cayman forum!

Let's hope they don't slam the door shut on this one like they did the last two. Please don't abuse this link

BTW, I am transitioning to a new user name because I traded my 09 Red Cayenne GTS for a super nice 2014 Racing Yellow Cayman S with great options (notice the Escort 9500ci screen below the Pioneer HU which drives the JL Audio amps, speakers and Subwoofer) with only 2500 miles from Millenia Motors in Longwood FL. They were great to deal with and have a lot of interesting used Porsches.

My new user name is more independent of what Porsche I buy in the future. When I first registered, I didn't know user name was not changeable. My new user name is "PCA1983"
