PDK would certainly be allowed in this class. The gear box is open

We have two builds going on as we speak and one is a PDK

Right now there is no penalty for PDK in any series like PCA, NASA, or ITC. There is talk of a penalty at PCA for 2014 but I am not sure where that stands. I believe PDK /6sp is free in World Challenge as well.
