Anyone know this Peridot Cayman R on Ebay?

Looks pretty clean but I'm always a little wary of auction cars, which is what this appears to be going by the carfax report.
What do you think a fair offer on this car would be?

I don't know anything about the car but I have seen it advertised on CraigsList (Dallas) for the past month or so. The original asking price was $70,950 but they have since dropped it by $1000. Looks clean. I assumed the only reason it hadn't sold was the price but I have no clue what a fair price for a low-mileage R is.
