Default MantisSport Cayman

We would just like to tell everyone MantisSport Cayman S is now racing in World Challenge, We have just completed our 3rd race weekend. managed to out drag the Realtime Acura's to the first turn at Mid-Ohio and lead 13 laps, until Peter Cunningham made a pass, finshed 3rd after late race wheel banging with a lapped GT3, which knocked us down to 10th, passed 14 car in 3 laps to save the 3rd place.Should have had a second place, next race VIR sept 10th.

Nice race Ernie, but you gotta show those Acura's who's boss next time!

I'll be heading out to Mid-Ohio Aug 27 with my Cayman S - soon to be converted into 'Interseries spec'. Looking forward to losing 400 lbs or so and working with the Napleton guys.

Well for VIR we will have a Guard diff installed , with a IPD , larger gt3 throttle body, 60 lighter. We should take it to the Acura's.

Ernie, best of luck to you all, I'll be watching as much as I can.

Btw, any specific plans on how to cool the GT LSD?

Watched the race and you did great, especially against the Realtime Acuras. Those guys are known for having among the best set-up cars with very experienced guys, so they are going to be hard to beat. It amazes me that they can hustle those relatively big sedans around so the track. Keep up the good work and do p-car fan base proud!

We monitor gearox oil temp, no issues yet, using Fuchs gear lube.
