I will probably order it as light as possible, no a/c or entertainment.
It will not be a daily driver at all. I will probably just drive my '04 GT3 on a regular basis.

Questions: what are the 'uprated brakes'? Hopefully they'll offer larger diameter slotted steel rotors instead of just the PCCB. Second, I wonder if it will be possible to purchase the 'partial roll cage, harness etc. and install it after purchase. That would be nice.

L.A. auto show is usually late Nov.-early Dec. So, we see it in about 5 months?

Just spoke to my salesman at the local Porsche dealer. He said he knows no more than we do. He presumes it will come in at about a $60k base price point.

I've never seen PCCBs in any of the published lists of upgrades, but have seen a base price estimate of $66,330US. If both of those are true, it will be the cheapest PCCBs yet. I doubt if even PAG knows what the exact price will be at this point.
