2006 2007 Cayman S Purchase Advice
Hi, I am looking at finding an 06 or 07 Cayman S as a daily driver.
Are there any common problem areas that I need to be on the look out for with these two years?

Really not a whole lot of problem areas: there were some problems with loose clutch pressure plates and the infamous "trunk clunk" (when going over bumps) that were primarily limited to early '06 builds I think - they were both addressed in Porsche TSBs. A PPI (pre-purchase inspection) by an experienced Porsche mechanic is usually a good idea when buying a used Porsche - but as a general rule, the Cayman has been a pretty reliable car so far.
