Porsche customer experience - seeking your feedback
My consulting firm is conducting a project for Porsche North America to better understand the voice of the customer. This is part of an ongoing effort to improve the Porsche customer experience in sales and service at the dealerships. We are doing a lot of field research, mystery shopping, interviews, etc... but we also wanted to provide Rennlisters an opportunity to be heard.

Yeah, let me become a mystery shopper. I think it is very important to see how they treat a consumer buying a new GT2. We should conduct the test over 2 years, where I.. the consumer would service and upgrade the GT2 for free and rate service along the way.
