a more sane friend of mine, who installed a harness bar instead of a 1/2 roll cage.

like my roll bar, this is custom fabricated by tony at tcdesignfab.com and can be DIY installed.

i think it's $500. that includes the trim piece on top of the oem belt tower. that piece needs to be cut. so the kit has a piece that's cut for you to install. when you remove the bar at a later day, just put back the orig trim piece that's not cut.

So you're going to run shoulder belts over the side of the seats? Obviously the factory seats don't have holes for shoulder belts...

Is this for track or street cred? Several groups I know would not let that fly for track use without proper holes for shoulder belts.

this is a friend's car, not mine. but knowing this person, i am sure GT3 seats will be in it in less than 24 hours ;-) so will harness. it is driven on street and he is also an excellent and avid track junkie.
