Exclamation Yellow Cayman in Excellence

WOW. I'm not a fan of yellow cars. I love bright oranges...but yellow is usually not my thing.

Seeing the Cayman in yellow really moves me! Big time! It looks amazing in yellow! It's totally made for that color! Wow!

This car just keeps getting better. I can't wait to drive one.

When is the accepted arrival time for these cars? Seems to be all over the map. I am thinking they will show up in the big markets first. IE, LA, NY, Miami. Hopefully they will have one at Bert Smith in St. Pete when I am home for winter break.

BTW, I might be working in the district next summer. I'll have to park my faded guards red pile next to your immaculate blue s2 and take a picture.

Tony: I agree. I'm not usually a bright color car fan, but the Cayman seems to wear the bright colors very well. There were several PhotoShopped images shown of bright color Caymans, including the bright blue that was PhotoShopped from a yellow and reversed.

Gator: Word on the street is that dealers will get one promo Cayman in November. I hope that's the case, but it sounds a little strange after all the emphasis on the January launch. It does appear that production may be ahead of the initial schedule, and apparently those Finns can turn them out very quickly.

Yeah I had photoshopped a Cayman from the first press photo, the silver car, in a Gulf Blue and a neon green and I liked it a lot. I also LOVE the Cobalt car that Porsche has for wallpaper on their site. That yellow really surprised me though!

Gator, if you swing up here drop me a line! We have a bunch 944 guys and a lot of really fun events all summer with out PCA region. And you know I love taking pictures of 944s !!!! (i have like 9gb worth of photos I've shot)

Damn, that red and yellow both look sharp...

Now just throw on some "lobster claws" and paint them black...

my local dealer got a "promotional" one last week. basiclly they had to sign papers saying they would not drive it and cannot sell it. It has 13 miles on it and is sitting in the showroom. they are not even supposed to start the engine and the sticker on it had a big red stamp on it that says not for sale.

Oh and yes it was silver. did not look bad but i bet they would look great in Black. Black always exsentuates the lines on cars like the cayman.
