Default OBD Not Working

Went out the reset the service indicator today. The OBD connector will not work. I tried my tester on my Audi and it works fine. (Its the Original Launch Creader V+ OBD2). Any thoughts?

Thanks

Checked every fuse. Pulled out and looked at connector. Put back together and then pushed in my scanner with all my might. Bam works. So I have to just push stupid hard.

I notice that with my Cobb accessport you have to push really hard to the point you feel like you are going to break something and you very well might.

But my durametric cable and kiwi Wi-Fi plug in normally.

That is good to know. I order the Creader V+ Launch but sadly I don't know where I got my information but it will not reset my "Service Now" message. Looks like the next cost effective one is the iCarsoft POR-II. Hopefully it will fit better than me using the strength of Thor to hold it in place.

Default Service due

Is there a way to reset the Service due alert manually? GM vehicles you can turn the key to On and press the gas pedal 3 times and that shuts it off.

Don’t think so. I ordered a POR-II tool from Amazon. I’ll let you know if it works.
