Might depend on your dealer and SA relationship, but certainly worth a shot.

They covered our Macan Turbo PDLS+ headlights for super minor crazing which was nowhere near as bad as what your showing with no questions asked. I brought it in, pointed it out and they called me an hour later saying they were being replaced.
