Default New to me 981 Cayman S

Decided to take the plunge and try to really get out to a bunch of HPDE this year. I’m lucky enough to have a very supportive wife, and so I just purchased a car that will see mostly track duty.

So far I love the balance of the mid-engine and the linear power vs my 991.2. It’s a real beauty and can’t wait to get her on the track! First event coming up next month..

Nice! I'm in Ridgefield, CT and recently got an '16 CS. We should meet up? Are you going to the CVR DE event at Limerock in May??

You should come to the Westport Cars and Coffee on Sunday. I’ll probably be there with my TTS

I love X-73! I was worried that paired with 20" wheels and low profile tires it would be to stiff for the roads around here but I'm really amazed at how compliant the ride is. It's smoother than my 3 series BMW wagon.

hey- just saw this. Just finally got tires, alignment, and brakes done. Finally feel like I can get a sense for what the car has to offer. x73 has surprised in how it can be both great in corners but also quite forgiving in low-speed cruising. Overall I’m really liking the car even more than I thought I would. Hope the rain holds off for Sunday

The Westport show was a bust... Who's going to be in New Canaan on the 19th for Caffeine & Carburetors?
