Agreed. Just thought it was worth noting.
Chappie- DFI is Direct Fuel Injection. The 3.4l in the S and the 997 Carrera engines have it. It provides more power with similar economy. The downside is some cars had high pressure fuel pump failures - mostly Carreras I think. Also in some other makes there has been build up of deposits on the back side of the intake valves. I have not seen any issues reported on the 2.9 Cayman. I had an 09 Cayman 2.9 for a few years and it was a fun car.

It’s a true gem of a motor. Will rev to 7k rpm ALL DAY without the slightest protest.
