Default Changed Pads/Rotors/Sensors now getting error codes

Just swapped the pads/rotors/sensors on my 09 base this weekend. Now I am getting PASM/ABS errors and still have a warning that the brakes need to be changed (all sensors were replaced). Is it safe to assume one of my new sensors is bad?
