Default Cayman S GMG exhaust

I'm seriously considering purchase of 2007 Cayman S. However, it has a 2011 installed GMG $2500 exhaust. I am 2500 miles from the car. I've heard audio from outside the car but have no idea if the interior drone is an issue. Hopefully PPI will shed some light on this. Is there anyone who can comment on drone issue. Thanks

For what it's worth, I wouldn't let the exhaust sway your decision on the car. Just pull the trigger if you like the car. If needed, you can always sell the exhaust and swap for the buyer's original exhaust.

Personally, I find the stock exhausts on our cars to be a touch too quiet. I haven't heard the GMG in person, but definitely feel that a little more growl is needed over stock.

I wasn't aware that a 2011 system will fit on the 07 but like already stated, it can always be changed. If you get it and want a stock setup let me know

I have a 2007 Cay S OEM exhaust that you can have if you want it. Just pay shipping. I have a Fabspeed system and it does have a little drone but otherwise sounds great. Good luck w purchase if you decide to get it,
