Advice on selling a 2017 Cayman S
https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/rennlis...e183bfd56.jpeg 2017 Cayman S and 1963 Jaguar S Hello everyone; I originally posted this in the GeneralDiscussion section and a member recommended to post it here for more traffic. I've been a lurker on here for a while, but created this account for my uncle. I've slowly been restoring a 1973 Porsche 914 that my he gave me years ago. He bought this new 2017 Cayman S last year, but because of health reasons he hasn't driven it much. the car has about 4500 miles on it, and wants to sell it because he sold his house and wants to downsize. He has an offer of about $60K from a dealer and was going to sell it but I wanted to get some opinions on other places to sell the car. I’ve looked at KBB which has a range of $59-$69K, I’ve seen autotrader posts for high $60s to low $70s with two of the lowest asking for about $65K. He is letting me apply anything I get over $60k to use for my 914 restoration. The Cayman S, has no problems and is near mint condition. He wont even let me sit in it unless I clean my shoes first. Any advice on the price and tips for selling it would be appreciated. It is automatic, vented and heated seats, navigation, Apple car play, sport package, heated steering wheel, Cayman S, 4500 miles, garage kept, slate blue, in Maryland. I don't know what other options are included. the picture tells the whole story, guy loves cars. |
