Default <200 miles per year?

I'm looking at a 987.1 base currently at Carmax Las Vegas. I pulled the Carfax and I'm trying to deduce what the second owner was doing. The first owner was what I would consider normal, 5K miles per year with regular maintenance done at the dealership, etc.

But this is the report on the second owner: 05/15/2013 21,584 Gaudin Porsche

Is that weird? Less than 200 miles per year over the last 5 years. Or is that something that Vegas people actually do? Like, just park it in the living room and look at it? I'm almost wondering if it just sat in a showroom or something. Should I be scared of it? Being carmax, I can get the extended warranty to ease my mind. If it weren't for the fact that it's a Cobalt over black combo, I might pass. But that's both mine and my wife's preferred combination and very hard to find. She literally said "sure, get one, but it has to be "that" blue." So there ya go.

So, while we can't know for sure, what would you imagine this car has been doing for the last 5 years?

Sometimes people buy these cars and never drive them. They consider them pieces of art, to be looked at and admired.

Some people are too afraid to drive them. They are afraid they might break soemthing and ruin it or not be able to afford the repair bills.

My concern would only be the engine seals that harden from non use. Get the extra warranty and be sure it covers seals and seal leaks.

Is it a manual? I put 8,000 miles on my M Roadster in six seasons. about 5,000 in the first two years. Then I switched jobs and wasn't going to drive it on the interstate to work. Last two seasons saw 500 miles each.

Maybe he put 200 miles a year on it a quarter mile at a time.
