2015 GTS The radio comes on every time I start the car up. Shut the radio off and next time I start the car, same thing

My 2016 CS lets me set audio, AC and a few other options for startup. E.g. I can set the volume and source I want it to be each time I start. I have memory seats and believe this feature is part of that option.

I have the base stereo, and the first push of the button is basically a mute, push and hold turns off the display and the radio stays off on start up.
