Default Battery disconnected how can I open hood?

OK, I am installing OEM PSE and I disconnected my battery and not thinking I closed my hood....

So how can I open my hood to reconnect my battery? All I can find in search engine is for a dead battery to charge at fuse box, but that is of no use since my battery is disconnected.

The jumper in the fuse box will work. I used a 12v drill battery when I did the same thing

Yes jumper with 12v source, remove the fuse cover and there is a yellow tab with a copper strip around it there in the fuse panel , that should pull out a bit ,place positive there and just make sure you get a good ground, you should then be able to use the remote on the key fob or the release button next to the drivers seat to pop the hood
