Default Production #'s for 987.2 base with sport buckets?

Greetings. I picked up a MY2011 base model Cayman with some unique options, including the sport bucket seats that are carbon/composite.

I was curious if there is a registry for how many were made with this option? (Car is a manual as well)

The car is pretty cool, as the original owner ticked 4 options:

Bi-Xenons
Bose Stereo
19" Turbo Wheels
Sport Bucket seats

Very happy I snagged it. It's been a peach to own.

This, I didn't think sport buckets were an option in a non R car.

Are those the same as the cf seats for the GT4?

Can you take a picture of the options sticker? A base with 19s and sports buckets from the factory has to be super rare.

I don't have the sticket, but I have used the vin# to verify that they were factory options, and it came up with all of those 4 .

I find it odd that on the newer cars they don't put the stickers under the hood. My 987 the sticker was in one of the manuals that came with the car.

That is an awesome base car by the way! Congrats!

Thanks. You know, I didn't even know that there was a sticker underneath the hood. I'm away for work, but I'll check it and take more pictures of the car when I'm back in Denver.

And thank you! I had been looking for a manual 987.2 for about 3 months back in May. This was local, and didn't have great pictures of the seats/wheels. Finally checked it out and thought, "Hey, this thing looks pretty awesome. And those seats have to be pretty rare".

I have outfitted it with a Soul Performance cat back exhaust. Extremely good upgrade. It's quiet at cruising speeds, but when I rip on it, the sound is amazing.

I've thought about GT3 sway bars as the only next upgrade for it, as the 35 series sidewalls are stiff enough and I don't really want to lower it anymore considering Denver's roads suck ***.

Quick Reply: Production #'s for 987.2 base with sport buckets?
