Default 275/45-19s in a 2016 Cayenne S????

Hello all. New member here. Just Purchased a 2016 Cayenne S (CPO) with under 6,000 miles.

I have a set of snow tires from my 2010 VW Touareg, but they are 275-45/19a (28.7" High) vs the Cayenne's stock size 265/50/19s (29.4" high). I am only going to live in snow country another year or two and don't want to buy new snow tires.

What do you think? Other than being a bit undersized, do you think they will be ok, and not cause any damage to the drivetrain?

Thanks for the help and advice!
