Default U-Haul safety chain hooks won't fit Cayenne factory hitch.

Today's 6X12 enclosed trailer had triangular safety hooks designed for much thinner rings which could not engage the robust hitch. I lost an hour locating a pair of logging hooks large enough to do the job and pinning them to the chains.

Grab the chain about 12" from the hook, stick the CHAIN through the hole, loop the hook around the chain. This worked for me at UHaul.
