Roof Rack Question
Hi all,
One of my Porsche Cayenne 2010 roof racks slipped off a shelf and broke into pieces on one end. Just in time for ski season too. Do I need to purchase a whole new roof rack set or can I piece together parts, should they become available on eBay, Craigslist, etc.?
Porsche doesn't sell individual parts for these. However, I'm thinking I might find somebody selling another broken roof rack and piece 'em together - that is, if they can be disassembled/re-assembled easily enough. More likely, I'll find an orphaned roof rack that will simply need the locks swapped. Is that easy enough to do?
Any advice is appreciated.

The RTS is really not that expensive. ~$325 for a new set IRRC. I susepct it will be difficult to find used parts to repair yours. I wish you luck though!
