I saw that. I'm extremely skeptical. Still a lotta money for a coupla filters that aren't CARB certified. Not a problem for me living in Colorado but a big problem for you in Cali...

sorry i have been reading all this as I want to gain more power out of my 955 CTT 2004, I did the sports air filter already and the secondary cat removed plus the exhaust system. I want it to get the peak out of this motor as much as I can without internals mods...

Im surpriced this thread is still alive ☺
Have any of you done a 0-100km/t test on your 955 turbo (450hp version)? Did several tests using a gps based app forI androide. Not shure how accurate it is but im doing it to see how mutch gain im getting froma ecu tune.
My best time was 6.55sec. This was on 22'' wheels, 95octan and full tank ☺. Original car.
Have you tested?

Three Wheelin'
RoyC, not sure about your app but in the Instrumented 1/4mi. at the track my 0-60 was 4.9 on a '06CTTS which I do keep in top condition. The only thing its got is Secondary Cat Bypasses. A non "S" CTT should easily be in the mid to low 5's which is comparable to Auto magazine tests of the day if you do a Google search. Either an issue with the App or running issue.

Im curious to, I want to replace mine, 66K but 15 years old is my bigger concern (everything rubber on my CTT, is seeming to tank recently), and if the P is supposed to better newer and better version, I would like to know.
I think there might be a stamp after the "710" on the side of the valve? Guess Ill find out when I remove them.
No honking, but some "splat" type noise when I lift off into boost at low revs, and some slight uneveness when coming off boost, plus the age as I mentioned, are my reasons for replacing.
Im also in the middel of exercising my 3rd party warranty, to handle upper and lower control arms, so the fender liners will be off and am hoping the dealer can install them for little labor (Im gonna supply the valves).
