Well, it looks like this will be the dealer where I'd get my Macan serviced. Can anyone recommend a good service advisor? I usually end up with the shortest stick from the stack so I thought I ask.

Just tell them what you DD and I'm sure any of them will treat you appropriately.

I've had good experiences with Jeff Miles there, though most of the guys there seem competent. In my eye, Rusnak in general is expensive, but competent.

Scott Rosenblum is my advisor and Jon as you may know is the service director. They're terrific.

Dan (is picky if that says anything)

Thanks everyone. Scott helped me out and he was cool. I had a P!g for a day. I like my p!gglet though.

Had to sell a car, sells 911, keeps Prius. I'll let my Cayenne brethren make their own conclusions

Whenever you get tired of paying Rusnak Pasadena's ridiculous prices (as I did), allow me to recommend House Automotive for all your non-warranty needs. They're practically around the corner from Rusnak, are completely honest, and charge about half what Rusnak does for things like oil changes. I have bought two CPO Porsches at Rusnak, but have them both serviced at House. Just my opinion.
