I use this site and it is free, it works for 1995 and newer Porsche.
Just put in your vin# and your build sheet options are listed along with cost.

Thanks for sharing. Funny that my 2008 Cayenne Turbo at $113K cost less than my 2000 C4 Cab at $116k...

won't work for my euro 06 CTTS. got the build sheet anyways from the PO, just wanted to check if it's the same

Has my 2013 CD, but not my wife's 01 996 C4 (only lists 4 and none of them are hers).
Interestingly for the CD it shows the price I paid rather than the price on the window sticker.
