My 09 Cayenne keeps losing the bluetooth and gives me the message that the Phone is not available. This is happening monthly ... and I have to go to the dealer for a reset. Is there a fix for this?

Also .. I noticed that the sound system resets and I am losing all my preset radio stations ... and sound settings. Did the car lose all power? This is happening less frequently .. maybe every 4 months.

Is there something that I can look at or fix? Thank you
