Cayeene 08 S
I have a 2008 Cayenne S and fault codes: 1377, 0307 cylinder 7 misfire
0302, 0300 and even 1117 & 2912. Obviously need service, do you think I can risk driving there? runs ok but does not idle well or like accelerating. Before this happened was running sluggish and horrible fuel consumption - 350 km to a tank. thanks for any help.
