My 06 Cayenne S started giving oil level low alarms weeks ago - repeatedly verified level was good so wasn't too worried.
After last oil change noted that alarm now changed to 'low oil level sensor failed, see work shop'
As Ive been verifying oil level is still good, I'm not too worried but would like to replace sensor.
Is this sensor accessible to Non-Porsche-philes?

Might be a little tricky with the subframe in the way but perhaps with some 1/4" extensions and swivels you could get to it.
