I have factory TV tuner in my 08 Cayenne TTS but I dont have any channel. I live in Serbia and we do not have analogue signal just digital. Is it possible that TV tuner in Cayenne is Analogue? If so is there any solution for factory digital or I need some add on?

I can't speak as to a Cayenne in Serbia, but in the US - digital really just took over around June of 2009, so it's likely that any TV tuner available here would have been analog.

When did digital start in Serbia?

And no - you can't convert an analog tuner to digital.. there are external boxes meant for home use that can convert a digital TV signal to analog, but I don't know of any for a motor vehicle (but probably worth Googling..)
