Default 2006 cayenne s titanium edition, decent buy?

I’m considering a 2006 cayenne s titanium edition. It’s huh mileage (208k) but comes with a service history. It looks great inside and out. I plan on a ppi of course and was wondering if anyone had suggestions or recommendations in the Salt Lake City Utah area.

Im aware of some issues to look out for, and I’m hoping to get another 100k or so of enjoyment out of it and perhaps turn it into a bit of a project car in the next couple years. Is this a decent buy? I plan to use it primarily for chores around the house, little trips with my dogs and kind of as a DD. Thoughts? That’s a lot guys. PS it’s on he market for 6900.

Seems reasonable, though might try to get it for around 5K. Worst case, you get a few thousand miles and donate it and get nearly that much in tax write off. It's a crazy lot of car for so little money.
