Default Aeroquip Usefull Lifetime

My 914-6 GT-2 race car is approaching 20 years now since it was built originally. Is there a life expectancy for the Aeroquip hose used throughout the car for oil and fuel lines?

I am a newb to this Forum but raced this car from 2000-2003. Has been in storage for a few years and would like to bring it back.

Not really sure, I can tell you at historic races it seems like a number of cars are running very old Aeroquip lines on the cars. Nice looking car though!

I've never heard of a lifespan. As long as the lines are abraded, cut, etc they should be ok. Might be worth a call to Eaton to see what they say.

It's probably worth posting this in the racing forum to see what people think there.
