After reading the Pelican Parts article on the 914/BMW 320 front brake upgrade, I ordered up a set of re-builts from "flaps". The article only mentions to get "ate" rather than "girling" for the calipers. Wouldn't you know it, flaps sends me one of each. Can anyone tell me why one would be prefered over the other? The girling actually looks to be a little narrower, have larger fluid areas, and a bigger piston. Thoughts?
